Overview
Our business:
Our environmental monitoring segment is engaged in the sale
of monitoring and control
equipment and the sale of monitoring services for water
and wastewater remote pumping stations through electronic
surveillance by radio or telephone. We contract with
the government and private
owners of water and wastewater remote pumping stations
to provide both monitoring and preventive maintenance services
for the customer.
We expect a high percentage of this segments business to
come from municipally owned utilities. Currently this
segment is only soliciting business in Florida. While
this segment has exposure to competitive forces in the monitoring
and preventative maintenance business, we believe the competition
is limited.
