King Air Cargo Door and Airstair

Ideal for Cargo & Air Ambulance

The combination Cargo & Airstair Door is designed to significantly increase the operational utility of King Air 200 and 300 model aircraft. It provides unrestricted access for loading bulky cargo or packages, including palletized freight. The door is ideal for air ambulance, providing easy loading of stretcher patients, incubators or bulky medical equipment.

The 52" by 52" Cargo Door is top-hinged and held open with gas springs. When extended, the Cargo Door allows fork lifts or other loading equipment to operate around the aircraft without interference.

The Airstair is a door-within-a-door, and operates normally when the cargo door is closed. Passengers board the aircraft in style, never realizing that the aircraft is quickly convertible to freight.

Custom Installation by Avcon

The King Air Cargo & Airstair door is manufactured by Raytheon, and is the same door offered on new King Air planes by the factory. Avcon installs the door on customer aircraft using an FAA approved STC developed specifically for this modification. Since the door is built by Raytheon, it looks and operates exactly like the factory option.
